Follow US 50 east to Rt 404 East in Wye Mills, MD. Follow Rt 404 to Georgetown, De. Stay on 404 into the center of town. At the circle you will want to go 3/4 of the way around the circle and exit on Rt 9/404 east. Stay on 9/404 (5.5 miles) Beaver Dam Estates will be on your right and model at 26070 Kits Burrow Ct.

From the North- Delaware Memorial Bridge

Take Delaware Rt 1 South (Coastal Hwy) Do not take US 1. (US 1 will take you to Baltimore, MD)

Follow Coastal Hwy to Lewes, De. Take Rt. 9/404 Lewes/Georgetown Hwy west approximately 7.5 miles to Harbeson. Beaver Dam Estates will be on the left ½ mile west of the intersection of Rt 5 Indian Mission Rd. and Rt.9/404 Lewes/Georgetown Hwy. (Exxon gas station and cemetery) Model at 26070 Kits Burrow Ct.
